Medical examinations are one of the most important procedures that must be followed by trainees before exercises begin.

Medical examinations are important in the following cases: 1- Prior to the initiation of moderate to high-intensity physical activities. 2- For individuals over 40 years of age, the reason is that after this age some individuals may be exposed to so-called "silent diseases" - health problems they do not know about, such as diabetes, heart muscle weakness, arterial distress, fuse dysfunction or osteoporosis. 3- If he/she is a smoker. 4- His family has a genetic pathological history. On the assumption that one of his parents or family had a heart disease before the age of 55, there was a need for a medical examination and also for an EKG during physical effort. 5- For those with particular health problems, cardiovascular patients, hypertension, increased blood cholesterol or diabetes. Thus, medical examinations have a positive effect on trainees before they begin exercises.
